Naturally Delicious is proud of our organic urban garden. Our garden produces more than 200 heirloom tomato plants, a wide variety of organic fruits and vegetables, including corn, peppers, cucumbers, scallions, radishes, baby lettuces and strawberries, and such herbs as chives, rosemary, basil, purple basil, sage, thyme, lavender, oregano, mint, tarragon, parsley and chervil. Our chefs craft seasonal menus that incorporate our garden's harvest. Your menu may include organic vegetables and herbs picked fresh from our garden.

Herve Riou

Born in Brittany, France, Herve’s passion for local, seasonal fare has always been important throughout his career as a chef in numerous NYC restaurants, and at his own French Bistro. After joining Naturally Delicious in 2009, his interest in urban farming was reignited as he spearheaded the creation of our organic backyard garden.  Under his care, the garden has blossomed and our clients love sampling our heirloom tomatoes, herbs, cucumbers and select baby salad greens.  Herve loves having a hand in all aspects of his food: growing it, harvesting it and, of course cooking.  When he’s not tending to the garden, he is teaching as a chef instructor at New York’s Institute of Culinary Education.  Herve is a member of the Academie Culinaire de France and welcomes you to enjoy special Farm to Table Tasting Dinners in the Naturally Delicious Garden.
