NATURALLY DELICIOUS PREP COOKS & PARTY CHEFS We are seeking well rounded, hard working creative and talented cooks who have a love of cooking. This is an entry level prep cook position with an opportunity for growth. Ideal person should have impeccable knife skills, great kitchen organization, and an enthusiastic culinary palate. We seek serious candidates who are dedicated in being apart of team environment. Candidates must be organized, work well in a busy kitchen environment, have accurate knife skills, be flexible in character, efficient in speed, punctual and follow directions. Opportunity to work at catered events as a cook or chef small events. Responsibilities: Soup prep and cooking of large batches of soup weekly Creating and preparing hors d oeuvres Creating sides, main dishes and desserts Making stocks, dressings & sauces Butchering of fish and meats Organizing drop off parties Packing out food for parties for events Grilling, sautéing and roasting of fish, meat and vegetables Party Cook & or Chef Responsibilities: Have experience with catering at events Can manage a team of chefs Works well with captains and event planners Experience with off site catering (in home & at venues) Experience with cooking procedures at offsite events Finesse and attention to detail at events Excellent team player Education and Experience: - Accredited culinary degree (or equivalent) preferred
- 6 months culinary experience highly desirable

Work Week Schedule: Commitment to full time position average hours 40- 50 hrs per week. (5 days – 6 days per week, based on schedule) Approximately 8 hr - 12 hr days – based on event schedule and parties per week. *opportunity to go to events as onsite party staff and receive higher pay and gratuity.
