A Culinary Arts Institute graduate, Loren deepened her
commitment to culinary excellence during her time
working as a chef at the Quilted Giraffe, which was
one of New York's most influential and innovative
four-star restaurants. She went on to work at Gotham
Bar & Grill and then to the Water Club, where she was
the executive pastry chef.
Her training and passion for excellent food have led
her to launch Naturally Delicious as a full-service
boutique catering and event-planning company. Loren's
sense of style and instinct for understanding the
nature of an event are evident in the success of her
parties.
Loren is a member of the James Beard Foundation, The
Woman's Chef Collective, The National Restaurant
Association and The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce.
