CEO and Founder

Loren Michelle is a Culinary Arts Institute graduate who has worked in some of New York's finest restaurants, including the Quilted Giraffe, Gotham Bar & Grill, and the Water Club. Loren oversees all aspects of Naturally Delicious's food, creative design and service, and personally assures that every client has an unforgettable experience.  A member of the National Association of Women Business Owners and the National Restaurant Association, Loren loves entertaining and hosting dinner parties and is a Park Slope resident.  She also is an avid cyclist, runner and sailor.

Director of Sales & Events

A Washington, D.C. native and an avid traveler, Jonathan has worked in a variety of event management positions in the U.S. and London. When he's not out enjoying all New York has to offer, he's hosting dinner parties with the essentials: great food, wine and good company. A former gymnast, Jonathan is committed to his clients and will quite literally bend over backward to make your event perfect.

Senior Event Planner & Beverage Director

A certified sommelier, Alison began her career conducting wine seminars. At Naturally Delicious, she creates thoughtful food and wine pairings and helps clients build curated beverage packages. She is a creative, skilled and innovative problem solver with great attention to detail, who finds joy in working alongside her clients to turn their vision into unforgettable celebrations.  Alison enjoys spending her free time at home working on DIY projects, finding hidden gem restaurants in Brooklyn, and sipping great wine with family and friends.

Vice President of Finance & Operations Manager

Joslyn was so inspired by the service and food at her Naturally Delicious-catered wedding that she sought out the opportunity to join our team. As Naturally Delicious’s VP of finance and operations manager, Joslyn is an integral force in the organization’s daily operations. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children.

Director of Business Development & Marketing

Born and bred in Manhattan, Melissa combines an extensive background in media and entertainment marketing with a passion for food.  At Naturally Delicious, she is responsible for cultivating industry partnerships and corporate relationships and is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service.

Chef de Cuisine

Originally from Texas, Katherine came to New York after earning a degree in culinary arts and hospitality management at City College of San Francisco. During her time in the Bay Area, she cooked seasonal California cuisine at Greens Restaurant, Oliveto’s and Murray Circle.  In 2010, she then moved to Brooklyn to helm the kitchen of Lot 2, as the chef de cuisine. At Naturally Delicious, Katherine helps customize our client’s unique menus while working as a guest chef in our Private Dining Room. She also is our resident culinary teaching chef for the PDR’s Cook With a Chef series. Katherine is inspired by rustic Italian cuisine, seasonally driven Mediterranean foods, and authentic Mexican fare. She enjoys cycling, running, and seeking out the city’s best Indian and Southeast Asian eateries.

Kitchen Manager/Pastry Chef 

Theresa, a native New Yorker and graduate of Johnson & Wales University with an extensive background in pastry arts and restaurant fine dining, has been a member of the Naturally Delicious team since 2009. Theresa believes the best desserts come from sourcing seasonal ingredients and using the highest quality dairy and chocolate. At Naturally Delicious, she works closely with our clients to custom-create the wedding cakes and celebration cakes of their dreams. In her spare time, she enjoys sketching and painting, participating in adventure triathlons, running and working out.

Culinary Advisor & Resident Gardener

Born in Brittany, France, Herve is a restaurant consultant and chef who has worked in numerous three-and four-star NYC restaurants. He teaches at New York’s Institute of Culinary Education and is executive chef at the Salmagundi Art Club. He is a proud member of the Academie Culinaire de France and the European Chefs Association. As our resident gardener, Herve tends to more than 100 varieties of heirloom tomatoes and hot peppers, countless herbs, cucumbers and select baby salad greens.  He looks forward to welcoming you to our garden and offering you a tour of all the plants under his care.
